We are Chartered Accountants specializing in the audit, and review assurances for the not for profit organizations.
Please click on “Should we undertake an AUDIT or a REVIEW”, to gain an understanding of these two different levels of assurance, given on any one set of financial statements.

What we do
Auditing, and reviews are a process of gathering information on, and assessing the accuracy of your accounting systems, and financial reports. We welcome your enquiry about our assurance services. Go to the section, “Audit and review costs”, should you need some fee indications. Should you wish to obtain a quote, then please go to Request A Quote, and provide us with the information requested.
Who we are
We are members of the New Zealand Institute of Chartered Accountants. Our firm has a certificate of Public Practice, from the Institute. Our professional approach is maintained by adhering to the accounting and auditing standards issued by the Institute. All the staff in our firm are involved in some voluntary capacity with the not for profit sector. We believe you need our experienced and caring support, given we too are volunteers in this sector.
Useful Information
This maybe your first time in seeking audit or review services. Please don’t be fazed by this detailed information gathering process. If you would like to know the information we need to conduct an audit or a review then go to the page CHECKLIST.
What do we do to get an audit or review process under way?
- You provide us the information needed about your organisation through completing an online quote – quotes
- We will send you an audit or review letter, with a quote, the terms of the engagement of our services, a checklist of the accounting information needed for the audit or review, and a questionnaire on your accounting control methods.
- If you are a small local organisation, then make a time to bring your accounting records into us. If your small organisation is outside of our area, you may consider couriering the records. Larger organisations will need to advise of a day and time, suitable for us to visit your office.
